Flavors Used:

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Original Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Cheesoning Seasoning
  • 2-3 Turnips, peeled and cubed
  • 1-2 Parsnips, peeled and cubed
  • 1 Sweet Potato, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup Petite Red Potatoes, cubed
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil

Let’s Make It!

  1. Wash all the vegetables. Peel and cut the turnips, parsnips, and sweet potato into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Add the carrots and petite red potatoes (cubed) to a large mixing bowl. Add the sweet potato, turnips, and parsnips to the bowl as well.
  3. Drizzle 2-3 tbsp of olive oil over the veggies and give them a good stir.
  4. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of Dan-O’s Original Seasoning and 1 tbsp of Dan-O’s Cheesoning Seasoning over the veggies and mix. Then give it all another toss to evenly coat.
  5. Transfer the seasoned veggies to a 9x12 baking dish, a 3 inch deep one if you cut enough veggies to fill it. Preheat your oven to 350°F and bake for 30 minutes. Take out, stir, and return to the oven for another 30 minutes, or until the veggies are tender and golden. If you used a shallower dish because you used less veggies, then your cook time will be around 40 minutes.
  6. Let them cool slightly, then dig into this Dantastic side dish that’s packed with flavor and nutrients!
