Ingredients

  • Jumbo Split Chicken Wings
  • Dan-O’s Original Seasoning
  • Canola Oil
  • Your Favorite Dan-O’s Seasoning

Preparation Instructions

  1. Rub your chicken wings in Dan-O’s
  2. Smoke at 225°F until Chicken has an internal temperature of 165
  3. Remove from smoke, and let cool completely
  4. Flash fry in canola oil until crispy
  5. Toss in your favorite Dan-O’s Seasoning
  6. Enjoy!
