I saw a peach cobbler recipe and got inspired, but y’all already know I had to do it the Dan-O’s way. I don’t make a lot of desserts, so I wanted to keep this one simple but still bring in some bold flavor. The combo of fresh peaches, Dan-O’s Chili Lime Seasoning, Dan-O’s Chipotle Seasoning, and a little Dan-O’s Outlaw Butter Dust on top gives this cobbler a sweet, buttery, and slightly smoky twist that hits just right.
Ingredients
1 tbsp Dan-O’s Chili Lime Seasoning
1 tbsp Dan-O’s Chipotle Seasoning
1 tbsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Butter Dust
1 unsalted stick butter
1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
3 fresh peaches, chopped
Preparation Instructions
Melt the butter: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Make the batter: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and milk until smooth.
Season the peaches: Place the chopped peaches in a bowl. Season with Dan-O’s Chili Lime and Dan-O’s Chipotle. Toss until the peaches are evenly coated.
Assemble the cobbler: Pour the batter into the melted butter. Add the seasoned peaches on top and spread the peaches out evenly. Sprinkle Dan-O’s Butter Dust over the top.
Bake: Transfer to the oven and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!
