This Crunchy Gyro recipe is Dantastic, the name says it all! Instead of the usual pita, we’ve swapped it out for a flour tortilla and cranked it up a notch by coating it in Doritos Flamin' Hot Cool Ranch tortilla chips for that extra crunch! It’s a game changer, and trust me, this is not your average gyro. Now, I like to keep things simple, so I use sour cream instead of Greek yogurt. It adds a creamy richness that complements all the flavors perfectly. For my favorite toppings, I stick to the classics: just feta cheese and fresh tomatoes. But feel free to load yours up with all your favorite gyro toppings and really make it your own!
