Flavors Used:

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp Dan-O’s Delights Cinn-O Crunch
  • ¾ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • ½ cup pecan pieces
  • 6oz raspberries
  • 6oz blackberries
  • 12 oz blueberries
  • 1 ½ tbsp cornstarch (to thicken the juices)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Let’s Make It!

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 2.5–2.75-quart baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Get ready for some sweet, bubbly berry goodness!
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the berries, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Gently toss until all those juicy berries are evenly coated. Pour the mixture, juices and all, into your prepared baking dish.
  3. Time to make that buttery, crunchy topping! In a separate bowl, mix together the rolled oats, flour, Dan-O’s Delights Cinn-O Crunch, and chopped pecans.
  4. Add the cold, cubed butter to the oat mixture. Using your fingertips or the back of a fork, work the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs with some larger, buttery clumps. Those little clusters are what make the topping extra delicious!
  5. Sprinkle the oat topping evenly over the berries, making sure every corner gets some love. Finish with an extra dusting of Dan-O’s Delights Cinn-O Crunch for even more sweet cinnamon flavor.
  6. Place the baking dish on a baking sheet to catch any bubbling berry juices, then bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit filling is thick, juicy, and bubbling around the edges.
  7. Remove from the oven and let your Cinn-O Berry Cobbler rest for 15–20 minutes. This gives the filling time to thicken up so you get the perfect scoop instead of a berry avalanche!
  8. Serve warm, preferably with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. Sweet berries, buttery oat crunch, and cinnamon goodness? Now that's a dessert worth digging into! Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!®
