The shrimp is marinated in a tangy mix of fresh lime juice, zesty chili, and aromatic garlic, creating a flavor explosion. Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Chili Lime Seasoning
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- A pinch of fresh cilantro, chopped
- ½ stick of unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp of avocado oil
- Fresh lime, for squeezing over the shrimp
Preparation Instructions
- Prepare the Shrimp: In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with a pinch of chopped cilantro and Dan-O’s Chili Lime Seasoning. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the unsalted butter and avocado oil to the pan.
- Once the butter has melted and the pan is hot, add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet in a single layer.
- After about 1 minute, start flipping the shrimp. Cook for an additional 30 seconds until they turn pink and opaque.
- Once cooked, turn off the heat. The shrimp should be done cooking after a total of about 2 minutes.
