We’re taking fresh Parmesan, Asiago, and pickle chips, baking them into one crispy sheet, and finishing it with Dan-O’s Dips Ranch for a cool, creamy dip on the side. Ingredients
- 1 Dan-O’s Dips Ranch packet, divided
- 8 oz fresh Parmesan cheese
- 3 oz fresh Asiago cheese
- 2, 20 oz jar dill pickle
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup buttermilk
Preparation Instructions
- Mix the Cheese Base: Add the Parmesan cheese and Asiago cheese to a bowl. Mix until combined. Spread the cheese mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined pan.
- Add the Pickles and Season: Lay the pickle chips evenly over the cheese mixture. Sprinkle 1/2 packet of Dan-O’s Dips Ranch over the cheese and pickles.
- Bake the Pickle Sheet: Place the pan in a 400°F oven. Bake for about 16 minutes.
- Cool the Crisps: Remove the cheesy pickle sheet from the hot pan. Pull it off the parchment paper and place it onto a cutting board.
- Make the Ranch Dip: Add the remaining Dan-O’s Dips Ranch seasoning to a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and buttermilk. Whisk until combined.
- Cut and Serve: Cut the cheesy pickle sheet into pieces. Serve with the ranch dip and Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!
