Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Dan-O’s Original Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Sweet & Tangy BBQ
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 slices American cheese - cut into fourths
  • 12 dill pickle chips
  • 12 slices plum tomatoes
  • 12 small lettuce leaves
  • Mini skewers

Preparation Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with Dan-O's Original Seasoning and mix until just combined. Don't overwork it—you want juicy burgers, not hockey pucks!

Divide the beef into about 12 small patties, each roughly 1½ inches wide, making them the perfect size for stacking on a skewer.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the ketchup, mayonnaise, and Dan-O's Outlaw Sweet & Tangy BBQ Seasoning to create a creamy burger dipping sauce. Set it aside—you'll definitely want extra.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Working in batches, cook the burger patties for about 2 minutes per side, flipping once. After flipping, top each patty with a small slice of American cheese and let it melt while the burgers finish cooking.
  4. Assemble the kabobs by threading the cheesy burger patties onto skewers with slices of plum tomato and crisp lettuce.
  5. Finish each end with a dill pickle chip because every great cheeseburger deserves a pickle!
  6. Serve the Cheeseburger Kabobs warm with the Sweet & Tangy BBQ dipping sauce on the side. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!®
